For anyone who would visit the flower shop today, there was a very special visitor. It's a little hard to believe it would have taken him so long to find the place, but now that he's discovered it, he really doesn't want to leave.

... this is quite literal by and by, he is going to make it a point to stay at the shop all day, right up until he has to be kicked out at closing.

However for most of the day he will be admiring the flowers with a certain amount of tenderness that can only come from having flowers be one of his most favorite things in the entire world. This is especially so for the smaller blossoms. Not that he ever learned how to take care of them, he's perfectly content to be in their presence.


Of course if your character isn't florally inclined Senri will also be spending time at the mural, and at some point he'll have to eat something. Most likely at the bakery (or more recently he might stop by 7th heaven, considering he remembers that nice mr.Sanji who gave him some food ...and he requires actual nourishment.)

[The bakery's a good place to meet, mostly because the smell of food draws wild animals there and Chien's practically that plus a human child. He might look a little funny to you, Senri, because he's bundled up better than a pack of cords with the light snowfall outside. Hard being from someplace that's summer all the time.

Anyway, he's trying to decide which kind of food he wants. Having too many choices when you're used to having none kills the brain.]

[Not that funny, since he's not really the judgmental type when it comes to appearances. If he's thinking about anything at all when he notices him; it's that it's nice that this new person he's presuming to be a child is warm in the cold weather.

And being the child that he is, he's a lit more quick to notice and bond with other kids. Picking up a colorfully frosted sugar cookie and holding it out to him without so much as a word.]

[The way to a child's friend list is through their stomach, after all.

He takes it, looking up at the tall man, and wondering if he's some kind of giant. Senri looks human, but Chien - having spent more time with monsters, less with humans, and has a keener sense to boot where his intelligence lacks - feels there's something a little odd about him.]

[He's welcome, as Senri goes back to slowly eating his own food. Though, he's still watching him to see if he likes the cookie. He did pick out one he thought was good, after all.]

[ For some reason or another, Firo hasn't gotten a good look at the mural yet. After stopping to admire it, it takes him a little while to notice that there's another person there. He smiles and glances over at Senri, hoping to strike up a conversation. ]

Pretty amazin', isn't it?

[Little did he know that Senri is a terrible partner for conversation, however that is enough to snap his attention away from the mural, nodding in agreement with that.]

[ Growing up with Keith, who sometimes goes years without speaking, has prepared Firo for things like this. Somewhat. ]

[Instead of answering with words, he'll simply point to one of a few well painted flowers that he had painted. He's proud to have painted that and to remember the couple of friends he made during that time.]

[It's usually a given that at some point in the day, Raine will be by the flower shop. Later in the afternoon, if it's a school day, earlier on if it's a weekend.

She always spends some time quietly cataloguing any seeds that might have been found in one of the other shops, and then does a routine check on the plants that survive during the colder seasons. There aren't too many actual flowers, of course, but there are some around.

While she works, she notices the unfamiliar person looking around, so she'll approach him when she does.]

Is there something you need help with?

[Unfortunately, Senri's not the type to answer questions. Instead he seems to be (and to be honest, most likely is at this point) completely oblivious to her presence entirely as he hovers around the flowers, happy as a clam.]

[Well, it wouldn't be the first time someone came in just to admire the view. Not that there's a lot to see during the winter time, but it manages well enough with care.

She'll continue with her work then, moving toward the plants that need extra care during these months.]

[This may continue for awhile, until he notices one of the flowers she's caring for happens to be one that he's never seen. Or, perhaps one he has forgotten. Either way they are unknown to him. Approaching it curiously, he wants to touch it, but it almost looks fragile...]

[Whelp, give Sanji enough time and he'll spot the familiar face in the crowds - and might be glancing at everyone's plates to make sure nothing is stolen]

You hungry, kid?

[He's looking around at all of the people and food passing by, but nothing has been stolen. He remembers what happened last time he was here, after all. Or.... at least enough to remember that he's not supposed to take the food here unless he's given it.

Though Sanji did manage to catch his attention with the question, that his stomach had taken the liberty to answer for him with a conveniently timed growl. Looking down at it now as if to say "Soon tummy, soon." (even if he really wasn't thinking of anything but "oh hey I guess I'm hungry" at all) with a pat.]

[With an answer like that, he's just gonna hand over the journal with pictures again.]

Pick whatever looks good, like last time -- Senri, was it?

[oh no NOT THE BOOK WITH TOO MANY GOOD LOOKING PICTURES TO CHOOSE FROM! Which Senri is immediately absorbed into instead of answering the question, sorry. He's concentrating on finding a picture he likes.]

[Vash was watering some of the flowers when he heard the door open. He wasn't sure if he should be surprised or not to see who had walked in.] Oh, hey! It's the lost boy!

[and to that he would have given his normally casual... complete lack of a response, but he's far too busy being taken aback by all of the flowers.]

[There's certainly plenty of food to be had at the bakery, and in fact that may be a tray of danishes that Regal is putting out on display right now.]

[Someone is watching Regal...and those danishes. Mostly the danishes. He can't help himself he's never really tried one and they look really good.]

[Grune is definitely florally inclined. Even though spring is a little while off, she's already planning her garden and collecting seeds.

[Not in particular no, not that he'll answer that. However on the plus side he does look really happy to see or! Or maybe he's just happy because of all the flowers.

You know what? It's probably a little bit of both.]
